A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS FOR
THE GREEN VALLEY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS,
DIABLO ROAD TO STONE VALLEY ROAD
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that funding is available for the design and
construction of the Green Valley Road Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the proposed work have been reviewed and
approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended adoption of a resolution for the purpose
of calling for bids for the subject project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville, that the City Engineer is
hereby authorized and directed to call for bids for the Green Valley Road Improvement
Project.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March 5, 1991, by the
following vote:
