Z7 -91 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT - 1990 WHEREAS, on September 4, 1990, the Town Council of the Town of Danville, by Resolution No. 182-90 awarded Contract No. 90-5 for the purpose of completing the 1990 Pavement Maintenance Project; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of January 11, 1991, in compliance with the plans and specification thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with GALLAGHER & BURK, INC., is hereby accepted as complete; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville at a regular meeting duly held thereof, this 5th day of February, 1991, by the following vote: AYES: GREENBERG, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF, SHIMANSKY NOES: NONE ABSTAINED: NONE ABSENT: NONE MAYOR ATTEST: CITY CLERK APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY
