ACCEPTING WORK UNDER MEDIAN & IRRIGATION
CONTRACT 89-13AS COMPLETE IN
CONJUNCTION WITH MEDIAN PLANTING
AND IRRIGATION AT SYCAMORE VALLEY
ROAD/CAMINO TASSAJARA
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under the contract
described as "Median Planting & Irrigation" (8%13) has been completed in compliance with
the plans and specifications
WHEREAS, the project included installation of plant materials and an irrigation
system in the roadway median on Sycamore Valley Road and Camino Tassajara; and
WHEREAS, the contracted work was completed in an acceptable manner in
November 1990; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville, that the work by
and with Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. under Median Planting & Irrigation
Contract 89-13 hereby accepted as complete; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the
County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project
within ten days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on February 19, 1991, by

That said improvement work was accepted by the Town Council of the Town of
Danville as completed on the 19th day of January.
