HomeMy WebLinkAbout006-91i RESOLUTION NO. 6-91 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH CONTRACT NO. 89-16 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under the contract described as the Greenbrook School/Park, Phase I-A Improvements, Contract No. 89-16, has been completed in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof; and WHEREAS, it is required that a Notice of Completion be filed with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa upon completion of the project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Danville does hereby resolves that the work by B & B Grading & Paving, Inc. as contractor, is hereby accepted as complete and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on January 2, 1991 by the following vote: AYES' GREENBERG, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF, SHIMANSKY NOES: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ABSENT: NONE MAYOR ATTEST: ACTING CITY C APPROVED AS TO FORM: CIT TTO EY NOTICR OF COMPLETION Upon Recording Return To: City Engineer Town of Danville 510 La Gonda Way Danville, CA 94526 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 3093 THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE: ® That on the 24th day of August, 1990, the Town of Danville, a municipal organization of the State of California, did enter into a contract with: B & B GRADING & PAVING INC. 2490 VISTA DEL MONTE CONCORD, CA 94520 as Contractor for certain improvement work; to wit, GREENBROOK SCHOOL/PARK, PHASE I-A IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 89-16 e That the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said improvement work is: OHIO CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY That said improvement work was accepted by the Town Council of the Town of Danville as completed on the 2ND day of January, 1991.
