A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH
SYCAMORE VALLEY PARK PHASE I - GRADING
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under the contract described
as Sycamore Valley Park Phase I - Grading (Contract 89-11) has been completed in
compliance with the plans and specifications; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and
with Independent Construction Company, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and be
it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said
project within ten days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville at a regular meeting on
January 2, 1991, by the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg, Lane, Ritchey,
NOES: NONE
ABSTAINED: NONE
ABSENT: NONE

That on the 6th day of March, 1990, the Town of Danville, a municipal organization
of the State of California, did enter into a contract with:
Independent Construction Company, Inc.
P.O. Box 5307
Concord, CA 94524
as Contractor for certain improvement work: to wit,
Sycamore Valley Park Improvements - Phase I
Contract # 89-11
.
That the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said improvement work is:
Reliance Insurance Company
San Francisco, CA
.
That said improvement work was accepted by the Town Council of the Town of
Danville as completed on the 2nd day of January.
