A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOXIN OF DANVILLE APPROVING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE TRAD INTEREST ACCOUNT TO
THE TRAD CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT
WHE~, the Town and the Tassajara Ranch developers entered into an Assessment
District on May 2, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted the Engineer's Report with Resolution No. 51-88;
and
WHERE.AS, the Engineer's Report uses the income from the TRAD Bond proceeds interest
as funding for the Assessment District projects; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that $806,088 be
appropriated from the TRAD Interest account to the TRAD Construction account.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on October 16, 1990, by
the following vote:
AYES: GREENBERG,
NOES: NONE
ABSTAINED: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
