A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
ESTABLISHING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN
MS 25-80
WHEREAS, Sunrise of Danville, is the Subdivider of said subdivision; and
WHERF~S, Subdivider has requested the Town of Danville to accept said subdivision as
complete; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the improvements required as a condition of that
subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily
completed; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, it is now in the interests of the Town of Danville to establish those private
improvements as completed within said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the Town of Danville to release those securities guaranteeing
performance of the Subdivision Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Town Council of the Town of Danville must act affirmatively in order for the
subdivision to accepted as complete; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that those private improvements
required by said Subdivision Agreement are satisfactory; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities
required as a condition of this Subdivision in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement and
the Town Code.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on September 4, 1990, by the
following vote:
