A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE SALE OF 0.0762 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY ABUTTING THE
NORTHERLY SIDE OF SAN RAMON CREEK NORTHEASTERLY OF OSAGE PARK
(A PORTION OF APN 207-080-029)
WHEREAS, Victor Conti has requested and offered to purchase from
the Town that real property attached hereto as a Grant Deed; and
WHEREAS, the staff report by the Engineering department states that
said real property is not necessary for current or prospective
public use; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the Town to sell such
unnecessary land thereby relieving itself of excess land, potential
liabilities and reducing maintenance costs; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville has, by
Resolution 90-34, confirmed that the sale of said real property is
in conformance with the Town General Plan; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held this date, receiving and
considering all evidence offered by interested persons; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that
the sale of hereinabove real property is in conformity with the
adopted General Plan of the Town of Danville; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town staff is hereby authorized and directed
to sell said real property and deposit revenue in the Town General
Fund.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on
July 17, 1990, by the following vote:
