HomeMy WebLinkAbout146-90RESOLUTION NO 146-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE APPROVING PROPERTY LEASE AGREEMENTS REGARDING USE OF LAND, PARKING RIGHTS, AND MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY ADJACENT TO SHERBURNE HILLS ROAD BETWEEN THE TOWN OF DANVILLE AND THE INTERNATIONAL CHURCH OF THE FOUR SQUARE GOSPEL, A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHEREAS, The Town of Danville and the International Church of the Four Square Gospel own property adjacent to Sherburne Hills Road; and WHEREAS, both parties desire to exchange long term leases for use of properties owned by both parties for the purpose of providing for joint parking use, maintenance and use for park purposes; and WHEREAS, an outline agreement between theparties to exchange long term leases was approved by the Town Council on November 20, 1989; and WHEREAS, three separate agreements have been prepared covering long term leases for the Zion Fellowship Church Parking Lot, Town Municipal Service Center Parking Lot and 1.3 acres of unimproved property owned by the International Church of the Four Square Gospel; now therefore BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the Town, property lease agreements with the International Church of Four Square Gospel and or its representatives regarding such use of land, parking rights and maintenance of property, in the form lodged with the City Clerk. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 3, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: GREENBERG, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF, SHIMANSKY NONE ABSTAINED: ~ NONE ABSENT: LANE ATTEST: arep73.res
