Home My WebLink About080-90RESOLUTION NO. 80 -90 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES WITHIN SAN RAMON CREEK WHEREAS, an offer of dedication for drainage purposes was offered to Contra Costa County in May of 1977 by the Roman Catholic Church; and WHEREAS, the County of Contra Costa accepted the offer of dedication for recording purposes only; and WHEREAS, the offer of dedication was recorded at the Contra Costa County Recorder's Office on June 7, 1977, in Book 8364 of Official Records, pages 250 through 253; and WHEREAS, the Town of Danville is now in the process of utilizing the offered drainage easement for the improvement of San Ramon Creek; and WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the citizens of the Town of Danville to accept the offered dedication for drainage purposes; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that the Town Council hereby finds that: 1. The Town of Danville hereby accepts the offer of dedication for drainage purposes for the improvement of San Ramon Creek offered by the Roman Catholic Church recorded June 7, 1977, in Book 8364 of official Records, pages 250 through 253, on file in the office of the Contra Costa County Recorder. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record this resolution with the Contra Costa County Recorder's Office.
