A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING CHANGES TO MAJORS ENGINEERING DESIGN AND SURVEY
AGREEMENT, ACCEPTING FUNDS FROM BLACKHAWK, DAME, AND CONTRA COSTA
CENTRAL SANITARY DISTRICT AND APPROPRIATION OF $105,000 FROM
TRAD CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, Majors Engineering is the survey and design engineer for
the Tassajara Ranch Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, additional design and survey work has been added to the
contract; and
WHEREAS, funds have been collected from Blackhawk, Dam~ and Central
Sanitary covering costs for additional construction, design and
survey; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that
Majors Engineering's contract shall be increased to $605,000; and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Council hereby authorizes that funds
collected from Blackhawk, Dame, and Central Sanitary are added to
the TRAD construction fund; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Council hereby appropriates $105,000
from the TRAD construction fund for the increase to Majors
Engineering's contract and design contingency.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on
February 20, 1990, by the following vote:

GREENBERG, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF, SHIMANSKY
