HomeMy WebLinkAbout030-90 RESOLUTION NO. 30-90 DESIGNATING HOUSTON COURT A ONE-WAY STREET WHEREAS, HOUSTON COURT is currently a two-way street from its intersection with QUINTERRA LANE to its intersection with PROSPECT AVENUE; and, WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves that on the basis of a traffic and engineering survey, and on the recommendations of our traffic staff, HOUSTON COURT from its intersection with QUINTERRA LANE to its intersection with PROSPECT AVENUE would better serve residents and motorists as a ONE-WAY street; and, WHEREAS, traffic control devices at this location will enhance traffic safety; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Section 21657 of the California Vehicle Code, HOUSTON COURT shall be a ONE-WAY street proceeding in one direction from its intersection with QUINTERRA LANE to its intersection with PROSPECT AVENUE. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 1990, by the following vote: AYES: GREENBERG, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF, SHIMANSKY NOES: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ABSENT: NONE ~R ~ ~ ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM:
