HomeMy WebLinkAbout003-90RESOLUTION NO. 3-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH THE 1989 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under the contract described as the 1989 Pavement Maintenance Project (Contract ~89-3) has been completed in compliance with the plans and specification thereof; RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with Les Mc Donald Construction Company, is hereby accepted as complete, and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (t0) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Town Council at a regular meeting on January 2, 1990, by the following vote: AYES: GREENBERG, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF, SHIMANSKY NOES: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ABSENT: NONE ATTEST:
