HomeMy WebLinkAbout228-89 RESOLUTION NO 228-89 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE APPROVING THE CONTINUATION OF BASIC BANKING SERVICES WITH SECURITY PACIFIC BANK WHEREAS, the Town requires banking services to conduct its financial transactions; and WHEREAS, Security Pacific Bank has met all legal requirements as a federally chartered financial institution and has proven its capability to secure and ensure the safety of all Town deposits; and WHEREAS, Security Pacific Bank is best qualified to satisfy the Town's requirements for complete banking services:. at a reasonable cost; now therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that the Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to file an application for banking services with Security Pa. cific Bank.
