A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING
FOR THE 1989-90 MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously appropriated funds for the
normal costs in the 1989-90 Budget for Maintenance Management; and
WHEREAS, there will be the need for anticipated moving costs and
temporary facilities between May and December 1990 for the
maintenance, building and engineering inspection operations while
the new Municipal Service Center is built; and
WHEREAS, additional funds will be required to move and temporarily
quarter this operation; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that
$30,000 from Special Revenue - Building and Engineering
unappropriated balances and $30,000 from the Capital Improvement
Fund unappropriated balances is hereby appropriated and transferred
to the 1989-90 Maintenance Management Program.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on
November 20. 1989.
