A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CITY ENGINEER AS SUPERINTENDENT
OF STREETS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CERTIFYING AS TO
RECORDATION AND DESIGNATING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AS THE OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS FOR PURPOSES OF RECORDATION
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 89-1
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville,
California, as follows:
1. That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby, appointed
Superintendent of Streets for the purpose of certifying as to
the recordation of the diagram and assessment in assessment
district proceedings undertaken by this Town.
2. That the office of the City Engineer, Town Hall,
Danville, California, is hereby designated as the office of the
Superintendent of Streets for the purpose of recording any such
diagram and assessment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly passed and
adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Danville, California
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of November,
1989 by the following vote:
AYES: GREENBERG, JAGGER, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF
NOES: NONE
ABSENT NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
