DECLARING A NO PARKING ZONE ON A
PORTION OF PODVA ROAD
WHEREAS, the section of curb the west side of Podva Road is
currently not posted with parking restrictions; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves
that on the basis of a traffic and engineering survey, and on the
recommendations of our traffic staff, a section of roadway on the
west side of Podva Road warrants "No Parking At Any Time" controls;
and
WHEREAS, traffic control devices at this location will enhance
traffic safety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town
of Danville that pursuant to Section 22507 of the California
Vehicle Code, "No Parking At Any Time" zone shall be installed on
the west side of Podva Road from its intersection with Morris Ranch
Road south for a distance of 138 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November , 1989,
by the following vote:
AYES: GREENBERG, JAGGER, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
