RESOLUTION NO.
DESIGNATING OLD FARM ROAD AT CONTADA CIRCLE
A YIELD INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, the intersection of Old Farm Road and Contada Circle
is currently uncontrolled; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves
that on the basis of a traffic and engineering survey, and on the
recommendations of our traffic staff, the intersection of Old Farm
Road and Contada Circle needs yield sign control; and
WHEREAS, traffic control devices at this location will enhance
traffic safety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town
of Danville that pursuant to Section 21356 of the California
Vehicle Code, a YIELD sign shall be installed at the southwest
entrance of the intersection of OLD FARM ROAD and CONTADA CIRCLE.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18thday of September ,
1989, by the following vote:
AYES: GREENBERG, JAGGER, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
