HomeMy WebLinkAbout118-89 RESOLUTION NO. 118-89 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CALLING FOR BIDS FOR THE EL CERRO EXTENSION PROJECT WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously approved funding for the design contract for the E1 Cerro Extension project; and WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the proposed work have been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended adoption of a resolution for the purpose of calling for bids for the subject project; and NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Danville hereby resolves as follows: The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to call for bids for the E1 Cerro Extension project.
