APPROVING THE PHASING PLAN, COST ESTIMATE AND
ADDITIVE ALTERNATES FOR SYCAMORE VALLEY PARK SITE
WHEREAS, on June 5, 1989, Town Council approved Resolution No. 72-
89 approving a Modified Masterplan for the Sycamore Valley Park
Site; and
WHEREAS, a revised phasing plan, cost estimate and additive
alternates have been developed for the Modified Masterplan; and
WHEREAS, the development of the Masterplan is dependent upon land
exchanges with the San Ramon Valley Unified School District and the
Zion Fellowship:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Danville Town Council
hereby:
1. Adopts the phasing plan and cost estimate for Sycamore Valley
Park Site as outlined in Attachment C; and
2. Approves the roadway and parking lighting, 75-person group
picnic area and the walkway lighting in section of park
adjacent to Camino Tassajara as additive alternates to be bid
in Phase I; and
3. Directs staff to continue negotiations for land exchanges with
San Ramon Valley Unified School District and Zion Fellowship.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1989, by the
following vote:
