HomeMy WebLinkAbout065-89 RESOLUTION NO. 65-89 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE CERTIFYING THE AVAILABILITY OF MATCHING FUNDS SHOULD THE SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD/RAILROAD AVENUE/HARTZ AVENUE INTERSECTION SIGNALIZATION AND REALIGNMENT PROJECT BE APPROVED FOR FEDERAL AID URBAN PROGRAM FUNDING WHEREAS, said project may qualify for federal funds, providing for the San Ramon Valley Boulevard/Railroad Ave/Hartz Avenue Intersection Signalization and Realignment; and WHEREAS, said project may qualify for federal funds, provided the Town of Danville has certified that matching funds will be made available should the project be funded with Federal Aid Urban funds; and WHEREAS, such matching funds are estimated to be approximately $128,000 as described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Town of Danville is desirous of obtaining outside funding in the form of Federal Aid Urban Program monies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Danville does hereby certify that matching funds will be made available if the San Ramon Valley Boulevard/Railroad Avenue/Hartz Avenue Intersection Signalization and Realignment is funded with Federal Aid Urban funds. PASSES AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June , 1989, by the following vote: AYES: GREENBERG, JAGGER, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE MAYOR ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO : C ~~
