RESOLUTION NO. 59-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF DANVILLE
ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION
WITH THE EL PORTAL BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under
the contract described as the E1 Portal Bridge Replacement, has
been completed in compliance with the plans and specifications
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Danville that said work by and with Shasta Constructors , Inc.,
contractor, is hereby accepted as complete.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the
County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project
within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town
of Danville at a regular meeting duly held thereof, this 15th day
of May, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: GREENBERG, JAGGER, LANE, RITCHEY, SCHLENDORF
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
