A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND
ACCEPTING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAYS AND EASEMENTS
WITHIN SUBDIVISION 6661
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has notified this Council that the
improvments required as a condition of that subdivision agreement
between the Town of Danville and Olympia Properties (6685 Owens
Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94566), dated April 10, 1986, had been
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the Town of Danville to accept
those public improvements installed as public facilities for the
benefit of, and use of, of the general public; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the Town of Danville to accept
those public improvements and easements on said subdivision map,
for the benefit of, and use of, the general public; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the Town of Danville to establish
those private improvements as compelted within said subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows:
The Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements
installed as a condition of Subdivision 6661.
The Town of Danville hereby accepts all public streets and
easements offered for the public benefit within Subdivision
6661.
The Town of Danville hereby establishes those private
improvements as completed within Subdivision 6661.
The Town staff is authorized and directed to release those
sureties required as a condition of Subdivision 6661 and in
accordance with the Subdivision Agreement and the Town Code.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th day of January, 1989, by the
following vote:
