A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE GRANTING
PERMISSION TO PARTIALLY CLOSE SEVERAL ROADS OCTOBER 9, 1988 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PERMITTING THE PRIMO'S TO PRIMO'S FOOT RACE
The Town Engineer recommends that permission be granted to Primo's
Pizza to partially close (except for emergency traffic) the following
roads on October 9, 1988, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. for the
purpose of permitting the Primo's to Primo's Foot Race:
1. Hartz Avenue between Diablo Road and Linda Mesa;
2. Diablo Road between Camino Tassajara and North Hartz Avenue;
3. Camino Tassajara between Old Orchard Drive and Diablo Road;
4. Old Orchard Drive between Camino Tassajara and Greenbrook
Drive;
5. Greenbrook Drive between Sycamore Valley Road and Harlan
Drive;
6. Harlan Drive between Greenbrook Drive and St. Helena;
7. St. Helena between Harlan Drive and Claridge Drive;
8. Claridge Drive between St. Helena and El Capitan Drive; and
9. El Capitan Drive between Claridge Drive and Crow Canyon
Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Danville this 22nd day of September 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg, Jagger, Lane, Ritchey, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
