RESOLUTION NO. 61-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN
CONNECTION WITH THE HARTZ/PROSPECT REST AREA
CONTRACT NO. 87-7
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work
under the contract described as the Hartz/Prospect Rest Area,
Contract No. 87-7, has been completed in compliance with the
plans and specifications thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the
Town of Danville that said work by and with Collishaw
Construction, Inc., as contractor, is hereby accepted as
complete.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the
County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project
within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town
of Danville at a regular meeting duly held thereof, this 16th
day of May , 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg, Jagger, Lane, Ritchey, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 3093 OF THE
CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE:
1. That on the 11th day of November , 1987, the Town of
Danville, a municipal organization of the State of ,~
California, did enter into a contract with:
Collishaw Construction, Inc.
430 Martin Avenue
Santa Clara, CA 95020
as Contractor for certain improvement work: To wit,
Contract 87/7, Hartz/Prospect Rest Area
2. That the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said
improvement work is:
Reliance Insurance Company
580 California Street
San Francisco, CA 94104
3. That said improvement work was accepted by the Town Council
of the Town of Danville as completed on the 16th day of
May , 1988.
