RESOLUTION NO. 46-88 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION MAP AND AGREEMENT FOR THE SUBDIVISION 6829, MERIDIAN HILLS WHEREAS, the subdivider of that subdivision known as Subdivision 6829, Meridian Hills, in the form on file with the City Clerk, has requested Town Council approval of said subdivision map and agreement; AND WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all conditions of approval established by the Town Planning Commission for this subject subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivision map and agreement complies with standards set forth in the California Subdivision Map Act and the Town of Danville Ordinances. NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Danville hereby resolves as follows: 1. Subdivision map and agreement known as Subdivision 6829, Meridian Hills, is hereby determined to be consistent with the Town's general and specific plans. 2. The subdivision map and agreement are hereby approved and the City Clerk and City Engineer hereby are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the Town.
