A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE APPROVING THE SATISFACTORY
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS AND EASEMENTS WITHIN
SUBDIVISION 5681
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has notified this Council that
the improvements required as a condition of that subdivision
agreement between the Town of Danville and Reiner Development
Associates (1904 Olympic Boulevard, Suite #8, Walnut Creek, CA
94596) dated June 29, 1982, have been satisfactorily completed;
and,
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the Town of Danville to
accept those public improvements installed as public facilities
for the benefit of, and use of, the general public; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the Town of Danville to
accept those public streets and easements on said subdivision
map, for the benefit of, and use of, the general public.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Town of Danville hereby accepts those public
improvements installed as a condition of subdivision 5681.
2. The Town of Danville hereby accepts all public streets
and easements offered for the public benefit within
subdivision 5681.
3. Town staff is authorized and directed to release those
surities required as a condition of subdivision 5681 in
accordance with the subdivision agreement and Town code.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March , 1988
by the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg, Lane, Ritchey, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
