A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
DECLARING THE INTERSECTION OF MAURI COURT AT LOVE LANE
A STOP INTERSECTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 21101 (B)
OF THE CALIFORNIA VEHICLE CODE
The Town Council of Danville RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and
recommendations thereon by the City Engineer, the following
traffic regulation is established:
Pursuant to Section 21101 (b) of the California Vehicle Code,
the intersection of Mauri Court at Love Lane is hereby declared
a stop intersection and all vehicles entering said intersection
shall stop at the entrance to the intersection on Mauri Court.
