RESOLUTION NO. 64-87
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION MAP AND AGREEMENT
FOR DIABLO HIGHLANDS, TRACT 6754
WHEREAS, The Subdivider of that Subdivision known as
Diablo Highlands, Tract 6754, in the form on file with the City
Clerk, has requested Town Council approval of said Subdivision
Map and Agreement; and
WHEREAS, The Subdivider has complied with all
Conditions of Approval established by the Town Planning
Commission for the subject Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, The Subdivision Map and Agreement complies
with standards set forth in the California Subdivision Map Act
and Danville Town Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, The Town Council of the Town of
Danville hereby resolves as follows:

The Subdivision Map and Agreement known as Diablo
Highlands, Tract 6754 is hereby determined to be
consistent with the Town's General and Specific
Plans.
.
The Subdivision Map and Agreement is hereby
approved and the City Clerk and City Engineer are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August , 1987 by the
following vote:
AYES: Kennett, Lane, McNeely, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
