RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CREATE
STANDARD PLANS
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the Town citizens,
developers, contractors and staff to have Standard Plans
identifying minimum construction standards for public street and
drainage facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Standard Plans provide a basis for resolution
of innumerable construction problems; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer is vested with the authority
for review and approval of construction plans within the Town of
Danville.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of
Danville hereby resolved as follows:
The City Engineer is hereby vested with the authority to
create, revise, add and delete, as conditions warrant, a set of
Standard Plans for construction of public facilities within the
Town of Danville.

by the following vote:
