RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL, TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS
AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WITHIN SUBDIVISION 5937 (OAKCREST)
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has notified this Council
that the improvements required as a Condition of that
Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Danville and Olympia
Properties, dated June 4, 1984, have been satisfactorily
completed; and
WHEREAS, It is in the interests of the Town of Danville
to accept those public improvements installed as public
facilities for the benefit of, and use of, the general public.
NOW, THEREFORE, It is hereby resolved as follows:

The Town of Danville hereby accepts those public
improvements installed as a Condition of
Subdivision 5937 (Oakcrest).

The Town Staff is authorized and directed to release
those sureties required as a Condition of Subdivision
in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement and the
current Town Code.

by the following vote:
20th day of April , 1987,

ABSENT: None
