RESOLUTION NO.
15-87
The Town Council of the Town of Danville RESOLVES THAT:
It intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the
acquisition by eminent domain of real property in the Camino
Tassajara area, for a road widening project, a public
improvement, which property is more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
This Town Council will meet on April 6, 1987, at 7:30 p.m.
in the Education Center, San Ramon Valley Unified School
District Board Room, 699 Old Orchard Drive, Danville,
California, to hear those persons whose property is to be
acquired and whose names and addresses appear on the last
equalized County assessment roll, and to consider the adoption
of the Resolution. The Contra Costa County Real Property
Division, on behalf of the Town of Danville, is DIRECTED to send
the notice required by Code of Civil Procedure section 1245.235
to all persons whose property is to be acquired and whose
addresses appear on the last equalized County assessment roll.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
TO ACQUIRE REAL PROPERTY FOR
CAMINO TASSAJARA ROAD WIDENING PROJECT
YOU ARE NOTIFIED pursuant to section 1245.235 of the
California Code of Civil Procedure, that the Town Council of the
Town of Danville intends to consider adoption of a Resolution of
Necessity to acquire lands in which you have an interest and
identified in Exhibit "A", Town of Danville, Contra Costa
County, State of California and generally shown on the map
attached as Exhibit "A".
The Town Council's hearing on the proposed Resolution is set
for:
Monday, April 6, 1987, at 7:30 p.m.
in the Education Center, San Ramon Valley
Unified School District Board Room
699 Old Orchard Road
Danville, CA 94526
At the hearing, the Town Council will consider adopting a
resolution establishing the following:
(a)
The public interest and necessity require the project
consisting of the widening of Camino Tassajara;
(b)
The project is planned and located in the manner that
will be most compatible with the greatest public good
and the least private injury;
(c)
The property described above and sought to be acquired
is necessary for the project described above; and
(d)
The offer required by section 7267.2 of the Government
Code (just compensation for acquisition of the
property) has been made to the owner or owners of
record.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED THAT you may appear at the hearing
above noticed, and be heard on each of these matters. If you
wish to appear and be heard on each of these matters, you are
advised to file a written request to do so with the Town Clerk
within 15 days from the date this Notice was mailed. Please
