RES OLUTION: 114- 86
Marvin R. Hollenbeak and Beverly J. Hollenbeak own and
occupy the real property located at 2655 Camino Tassajara,
Danville (APN 215-C90-010).
The Ciuy %Jishes to acquire the property for development of
a community park and recreation facilities and pubic improve-
ments.
On September 15, 1986 the Council adopted a Resolution of
Necessity No. 85-86 and on October 6, 1986 the City Attorney
filed a Complaint in Eminent Domain to acquire the property
(Contra Costa CountyilSuperior Court Case~No. 291904).

ongoing. Effective November 12, 1986, the city and Hollenbeaks
entered into an "Option to Purchase Real Property." On
December 15, 1986 by Resolution No. 113-86 , the city Council
authorized the acquisition of the property and settlement of
the eminent domain action.
As a part of that settlement and in accordance with state
relocation assistance requirements (California Administrative
Code Title 25, Chapter 6), the City has agreed to pay Marvin
and Beverly Hollenbeak a total of $5000 to cover relocation
costs payable by the City under Government Code §§7260 and
fol!owing~
NOW, THEREFORE, the cii~y Council of~ the city of Danville
resolves that:

Upon close of escrow for the purchase of the Hollenbeak
property, the City Manager is authorized to pay to Marvin and
Beverly Hollenbeak the sum of $5000 in satisfaction of the
City's obligation under state relocation assistance require-
ments arising from the City's acquisition of the real property
owned and occupied by Marvin and Beverly Hollenbeak as their
principal residence.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the city of Danville at a meeting held on December 15, 1986 by
the following vote:
