A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION MAP AND AGREEMENT
FOR DIABLO HIGHLANDS - TRACT 6516
WHEREAS, the the Subdivider of that Subdivision known as
Diablo Highlands - Tract 6516, in the form on file with the City
Clerk, has requested City Council approval of said Subdivision
Map and Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider has complied with all Conditions of
Approval established by the City Planning Commission for the
subject Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Map and Agreement complies with
standards set forth in the California Subdivision Map Act and
Danville City ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council of the City of Danville hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The Subdivision Map and Agreement known as Diablo
Highlands - Tract 6516 is hereby determined to be consistent
with the City's General and Specific Plans.
2. The Subdivision Map and Agreement is hereby approved and
the City Clerk and City Engineer are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November
1986, by the following vote:

Kennett, Lane, McNeely
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: 0ffenhartz
ABSENT: Schl end0rf
