A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
In the Matter of a Local Development Grant
From the Foundation for Community Service Cable Television
WHEREAS, the City has applied for a local development grant from
the Foundation for Community Service Cable Television, and
WHEREAS, the City proposes to establish a local non-profit
foundation to develop community access television.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby agrees to act as fiscal
agent for the grant establishing a local non-profit foundation
for development of public, governmental and educational
television in Danville.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 6th day of November, 1986,
by the following vote:
