HomeMy WebLinkAbout082-86RESOLUTION NO. 82-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH THE 1985-86 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT OVERLAY PROJECT NO. 1 CONTRACT NO. 86-1 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under the contract described as the 1985-86 Pavement Management Overlay Project No. 1, Contract No. 86-1 has been completed in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cc ~cil of the City of Danville that said work by and with Gallagher & Burk, Inc. as Contractor, is hereby accepted as complete. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (10) days for the date hereof.
