A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION MAP FOR PARCEL MAP MS 85-1
WHEREAS, the Subdivider of that subdivision known as Parcel
Map MS 85-1, in the form on file with the City Clerk, has
requested City Council approval of said Parcel Map, and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has complied with all conditions of
approval established by the City Planning Commission for the
subject subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the map thereof complies with standards set forth
in the California Subdivision Map Act and Danville City
Ordinances·
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Danville
hereby resolves as follows:

The subdivision map known as Parcel Map MS 85-1 is hereby
determined to be consistent with the City's General and
Specific Plans.

The said subdivision map is hereby approved and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED on this 7th
