RESOLUTION NO. 53-86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
Adopting A Financial Plan For The Fiscal Year Beginning
July 1, 1986 And Ending June 30, 1987
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 10 the City Manager has
prepared an submitted a Financial Plan describing estimated
income and expense for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1986
and continuing through June 30, 1987, and
WHEREAS, during City Council meetings held on May 19, May 27,
June 2 and June 16 the City Council reviewed, considered, and
revised the proposed Financial Plan for FY86-87.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Danville does hereby:
1. Approve the recommended Financial Plan for FY86-87, and
2. Appropriate $16,296,632 from the Sycamore Valley
Assessment District fund plus $6,043,034 from all other
funds as shown on the "Income and Expense Summary By
Fund" under the heading "Recommended Appropriation
1986-87" (page 7 of the 1986-87 Financial Plan) for the
operation of the City government through June 30, 1987,
and
3. Authorize the City Manager to transfer and spend these
appropriations from the various object and program
accounts for each fund as necessary to implement the
service policies of the City Council.
4. Adopt a final appropriation for FY85-86 of $9,396,554
and allocate ending balances to the following funds:
Gas Tax Fund
Lighting & Landscape Fund
Parks Fund
Capital Improvement
Reserve Fund
civic Facilities
Reserve Fund
Asset Replacement Fund
Revenue Sharing Fund
Sycamore Valley Assessment
District
Operating Reserve Fund
