RESOLUTION NO. 27-86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
APPROVING THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS - SUBDIVISION 6062
WHEREAS, the City Engineer having notified this Council
that the improvements in Subdivision 6062 have been completed as
provided in the subdivision Agreement with Edward J. Nagel and
Paul A. Rowan subdivider heretofore approved by this Council in
conjunction with the filing of the subdivision map;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
subdivision have completed for the purpose of establishing a
terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under
said Subdivision Agreement;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1,100 cash deposit made
by Edward J. Nagel be RETAINED for one year.
