A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
APPROVING SUBDIVISION 6615, ELIZABETH LANE
The following documents were presented for Council approval this
date:
The Final Map of Subdivision 6615, property located in the
Danville area, said map having been certified by the proper
officials;
A Subdivision Agreement with Thayer and Holt, Inc., whereby
said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as
required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from
the date of said agreement;
Said documents were accompanied by:

Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the City Ordinance
Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit in the amount of $1,000 made by Thayer
and Holt, Inc.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety
bond dated March 17, 1986, and issued by Developers
Insurance Company (Bond No. 9203245) with Thayer & Holt,
Inc. as principal, in the amount of $106,768.00 for
faithful performance and $53,884.00 for labor and
materials.
II.
Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are
no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property
included in said map and that the 1985-86 tax lien, which
became a lien on the first day of March, 1986, is estimated
to be $1,500.00.
III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by
Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a
surety bond, No. 920343-5, issued by Developers Insurance
ComDanv with Thayer & Holt, Inc. as principal, in the
amount of $1,500.00 guaranteeing the payment of the
estimated tax;

IV.
Additional cash in the amount of $4,000.00 or $500.00/lot
for improvements along portions of Green Valley Creek and
$13,360.00 as park dedication fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision,
together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is
DETERMINED to be consistent with the City's general and specific
plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and
this Council does not accept or reject on behalf of the public
any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as
dedicated to public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is
also APPROVED.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1986f by
the following vote:

This is to inform you that under its present plans Pacific Bell expects
to be in a position to provide telephone service to applicants in the
above subdivision upon request in accordance with requirements of and at
rates and charges specified in its tariffs on file with the California
Public Uti 1 ities Commission.
This tract will be served with underground distribution facilities. In
accordance with the above-mentioned tariffs, the applicant or customer on
his property will be responsible for:
1) furnishing; installing and maintaining conduit
if Pacific Bell requires it for the service
connection wire or cable; or
2) providing or paying the'~o'st of the underground
supporting structure {usually a trench) if
Pacific Bell determines buried wire or cable is
to be used for the service connection.

OFFER OF DEDICATION - DRAINAGE PURPOSES

the undersigned, being the present title owner(s) of record of
the herein described parcel of land, does hereby make an
irrevocable offer of dedication to CITY OF DANVILLE, a political
subdivision of the State of California, and its successors or
assigns, of an easement for storm, flood and surface water
drainage, including construction, access or maintenance of
works, improvements and structures, whether covered or open, or
the Clearing of obstructions and vegetation, upon the real
property situated in the CITY OF DANVILLE, County of Contra
Costa, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" (written
description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat map) attached
hereto.
It is understood and agreed that CITY OF DANVILLE and its
successors or assigns shall incur no liability with respect to
such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any
responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any
improvements thereon or therein, until such offer has been
accepted by appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or
of the local governing bodies of its successors or assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be
binding upon heirs, successors, assigns, and personal
representatives of the respective parties hereto.
