COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 73-85
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
ADDING AN ADDITIONAL AREA TO THE REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA
DESIGNATED BY CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 110-84,
AS AMENDED BY CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 64-85,
AND REDESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY ARZA
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of
California (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.)
provides authority for the designation and description by
resolution of survey areas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Danville, by
Resolution No. 110-84 as amended by Resolution No. 64-85
designated a redevelopment survey area and determined that said
area required study to determine if a redevelopment project or
projects within the area are feasible; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to have the
additional area described in this resolution studied to
determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said
area are feasible;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The area designated and described as set forth
in the "Description of the Added Area," attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit A, is hereby added to the
redevelopment survey area designated by City Council Resolution
No. 110-84 as amended by City Council Resolution No. 64-85.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that the area described in Section 1 of this resolution requires
study to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within
said area are feasible.

Section 3. The boundaries of the redevelopment survey area,
as set forth in City Council Resolution No. 110-84, adopted on
December 5, 1984, as amended by city Council Resolution No.
64-85, adopted on August 5, 1985, are hereby amended and
redescribed as set forth in the "Description of the Amended
Survey Area," attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit
B.
Section 4. All other provisions of said City Council
Resolution No. 110-84 as amended by City Council Resolution No.
64-85 shall remain in full force and effect.
