HomeMy WebLinkAbout028-85BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE In the Matter of Establishing ) Findings for Adoption of ) Ordinance No. 55-85 regarding ) a P-1 Rezoning of Parcel ) 208-462-012 (Danville Livery & ) Mercantile.) ) RESOLUTION NO. 28-85 On February 11, 1985, the Danville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended that the City Council adopt an ordinance rezoning the 2.9 acres located on the south side of Sycamore Valley Road West, west of its intersection with San Ramon Valley Blvd. (Parcel 208-462-012) from P-1 (Mu].ti-Family Residential) to P-1 (Limited Office). After giving notice required by law, the Danville City Council held a public hearing on March 28, 1985, to consider the subject rezoning request and introduced for adoption Ordinance No. 55-85 approving the rezoning and final development plan (PUD 84-8 AND DP 84-9) subject to conditions. After giving notice required by law, the City Council held a public hearing on May 6, 1985 to reconsider the requirements of P-1 rezoning Condition-2, and subsequently amended the condition. At the public hearings, the City Council received statements from all persons desiring to be heard; The City Council having heard and considered presentation by City staff, the statements of the applicant, and all members of the public desiring to be heard; and The City Council having examined the documentary evidence submitted in support of the project and in support of the decision of the Planning Commission and being fully advised with reference to all matters in connection with the project: The City Council of the City of Danville finds, determines and orders as follows: The findings of the City Council in the matter of the P-1 rezoning and final development for the project are as provided on the attached Exhibit A.
