HomeMy WebLinkAbout112-84Damau RESOLUTION NO. 112-84 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND DECLARING DANVILLE BOULEVARD WIDENING AND FAI~tAYDEN LANE TO BE CITY STREETS SUBDIVISION 5750 Fairmayden Lane off Danville Boulevard The City Engineer having notified this Council that the improvements in Subdivision 5750 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with John W. May; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE AGREEMENT APPROVED SURETY June 20, 1983 Firemans's Fund Insurance Company BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for pbulic use on the final map of Subdivision 5750 filed July 11, 1983, in Book 271 of Maps at page 50 Official Records of Contra Costa County, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be City Streets.
