All that certain real property situate in the City of
Danville, County of Contra Costa, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Portion of Lot 2 as said Lot 2 is shown upon that certain
map entitled Subdivision 5639 as said map was recorded July
23, 1980 in Book 242 of Maps at page 23, Contra Costa
County records, further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which lies North 58051'33" East 25.08
feet and South 35042'48" East 10.00 feet from the most
westerly corner of said Lot 2; thence from said Point of
Beginning along the northeasterly line of the Development
Rights Easement as said northeasterly line is shown on said
Map, South 35°42'48" East 75.00 feet; thence leaving said
northeasterly line South 54°17'12" West 15.00 feet; thence
along a line which is parallel with and distant 15.00 feet
at right angles from said northeasterly line North 35042'48"
West 75.00 feet; thence leaving said parallel line North
54°17'12" East to the Point of Beginning.
