RESOLUTION NO. 56-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
Approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement
for Subdivision 5937 - Oakcrest Subdivision
The following documents were presented for Council approval
this date:
Tile Final Map of Subdivision 5937, said map having been
certified by the proper officials;
A Subdivision Agreement with Olympia Properties, Inc.,
subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all
intprovements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one
year from the date of said agreement;
Said documents were accompanied by:
I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and
drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the
County Ordinance Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit in the amount of $4,500 made by
Olympia Properties, Inc.,
B. Additional security in the form of a performance
Donds in the amount of $442,500 for faithful
performance and $224,000 for labor and material
made by Olympia Properties, Inc.
II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the
property included in said map and that the 1983-84 tax
lien has been paid in full.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLEVED that said subdivision,
together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is
DETERMINED to be consistent with the City's general and specific
plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is
also APPROVED.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1984 by the
following vote:
AYES: Lane, May, Mc Neely, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
