E1 Pintado Heights Drive On March 30, !982, the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County approved the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision MS 85-8!. On August 2, 1983, the Board of Supervisors assigned all of theCounty's rights and interests under the Subdivision Agreement to the City, and authorized its Public Works Director to transfer to the City the $1,000 cash deposit made by Loren D. McBain. On August !9, 1983, this $1,000 cash deposit was assigned by Loren D. McBain to William and Pamela Sullivan. On this date, May 7, 1984, this Council approved the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 6065. This agreement requires the developer to construct improvements along E1 Pintado Heights Drive. These improvements are in lieu of the improvements required under Subdivision MS 85-81. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision MS 85-81, approved by the Board of Supervisors on March 30, 1982, is TERMINATED, and the City Clerk is AUTHORIZED to return the letter of credit dated March 17, 1982, issued by American Baptist Credit Union to Loren D. McBain. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is AUTHORIZED to refund the $!,000 cash deposit to William and Pamela Sullivan.
