RESOLUTION NO. 25-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
GRANTING PERMISSION TO COMPLETELY CLOSE SAN RAMON VALLEY
BOULEVARD BETWEEN GREENBROOK DRIVE AND 3EWEL TERRACE
The City Engineer having recommended that permission be granted to
East Bay Municipal Utility District to completely close, except for local
and emergency traffic, San Ramon Valley Boulevard between Greenbrook Drive and
Midland Way on working days during the period March 20, 1984 through March 23,
1984 for the purpose of installing a connection to the water line subject to
the following conditions:
1. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California
Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices; and the County
Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices;
2. The District shall comply with the requirements of the Municipal
Code of the City of Danville.
3.Traffic will be detoured via Sycamore Valley Road, Camino Ramon
and Greenbrook Drive.
IT IS BY THE COUNCIL ORDERED that the recommendation of the City
Engineer is APPROVED.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1984, by the following
vote:
AYES: Lane, May, Mc Neely, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
