RESOLUTION NO. 13-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit
for Faithful Performance, Subdivision 4704
Camino Tassajara, Opposite Old Orchard Drive
On February 26, 1980 the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County
resolved that the improvements in Subdivision 4704 were completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with Starlite Homes.
On July 1, 1982, the jurisdiction over this subdivision passed to
the City, upon its incorporation.
On the recommendation of the City Engineer, the Council hereby FINDS
that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards
for one year after completion and acceptance; and
IT IS BY THE COUNCIL ORDERED that the City Clerk is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $2,595 cash deposit to Starlite Homes, pursuant to Ordinance Code
Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 1984, by the following
vote:
AYES: Lane, May, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mc Neely
