RESOLUTION NO. 11-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit
for Faithful Performance, Subdivision 5569
Prospect Avenue at Quinterra Lane
On April 27, 1982, the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County
resolved that the improvements in Subdivision 5569 were completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with V. C. Cook.
On July 1, 1982, jurisdiction over this subdivision passed to the
City, upon its incorporation.
On the recommendation of the City Engineer, the Council hereby FINDS
that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards
for one year after completion and acceptance; and
IT IS BY THE COUNCIL ORDERED that the City Clerk is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1,000 cash deposit to V. C. Cook, pursuant to Ordinance Code Section
94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 1984, by the following
vote:
AYES: Lane, May, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mc Neely
