RESOLUTION NO. 120-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit
for Faithful Performance, Subdivision 5598
San Ramon Valley Boulevard at
Sycamore Valley Road West
On April 27, 1982, the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County
resolved that the improvements in Subdivision 5598 were completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with the Ranches of Danville, Ltd. and Danville
Venture and now on the recommendation of the City Engineer;
The City Council hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily
met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and accept-
/-~ ance; and
IT IS BY THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERED that the City Clerk is AUTHORIZED
to refund the $7,339 cash deposit to Ruth and Going, Incorporated, pursuant
to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1983, by the following
vote:
AYES: Lane, May, Mc Neely, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
